By using the Wanna application, website, or any of our digital services, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read these terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application or website.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Wanna application and website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms take effect from the moment you create your account and remain in force as long as you use our services.

2. Service Description

Wanna provides a digital marketplace platform connecting clients (buyers) with car maintenance service providers (sellers and certified technicians) to facilitate car maintenance operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Platform services include:

  • Enabling clients to create service requests with details and attachments.
  • Enabling service providers to browse requests and submit competitive offers.
  • Facilitating direct communication between clients and providers via chat.
  • Processing payments securely through approved payment gateways.
  • A ratings and reviews system to ensure service quality.
  • An electronic wallet for managing earnings and withdrawals.

Important: The application does not provide maintenance services directly. It operates exclusively as an intermediary platform facilitating communication and transactions between parties.

3. Eligibility

To use Wanna services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Be a resident of or using services from within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
  • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are required to:

  • Provide accurate, truthful, and current information during registration and when creating requests.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials (password and verification codes).
  • Bear full responsibility for all activities that occur through your account.
  • Use the application in accordance with the laws and regulations of Saudi Arabia.
  • Refrain from using the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
  • Refrain from attempting unauthorized access to platform systems or other users' accounts.
  • Notify us immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Service Provider Responsibilities

Service providers, in addition to general user responsibilities, are required to:

  • Deliver high-quality services that meet applicable professional standards.
  • Honor submitted offers in terms of price, timeline, and scope.
  • Obtain all necessary licenses and permits for their business activities.
  • Respond to requests in a timely manner and keep clients informed of progress.
  • Refrain from circumventing the platform to communicate or transact directly with clients outside the platform.

6. Payments & Fees

All financial transactions must be conducted through the platform's approved payment gateways. Payment policies include:

  • All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include 15% VAT where applicable.
  • Provider earnings are transferred to their electronic wallet after service completion.
  • Providers can withdraw earnings to their bank accounts at any time.
  • Circumventing the platform to pay providers directly violates these terms and may result in account suspension.
  • Service fees may apply to transactions and are transparently displayed before confirmation.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled under the following conditions:

  • Clients may cancel orders before the service provider begins work.
  • Refund requests are subject to review by the support team.
  • Administrative fees may be deducted in some late-cancellation cases.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days.

8. Content & Intellectual Property

Our services may include text, data, graphics, images, and other content. Regarding content:

  • All intellectual property rights for the platform (logos, designs, code) are reserved by Wanna.
  • We reserve the right to modify or remove any content at our discretion.
  • Users grant Wanna a license to use uploaded content (such as photos and reviews) for platform operation purposes.
  • Copying, reproducing, or distributing any part of the platform or its content without prior written permission is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

The application acts solely as an intermediary between clients and service providers. Accordingly:

  • The application bears no responsibility for any disputes arising between clients and service providers.
  • We do not guarantee the quality, suitability, or timeliness of services provided by service providers.
  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from platform use.
  • Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by the user during the last 12 months.

10. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in the following cases:

  • Violation of any of the stated terms of service.
  • Providing false or misleading information.
  • Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities.
  • Circumventing the payment system or platform fees.
  • Receiving multiple confirmed reports from other users.
  • Any behavior that harms the platform's reputation or endangers other users.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Wanna harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform or your violation of these terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes through an in-app notification or via email. Your continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the event of any dispute, resolution will first be attempted through amicable negotiation within 30 days. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Saudi Arabia.

14. Force Majeure

Wanna shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, pandemics, internet outages, or government actions.
